Energy independence, thanks to friends

In February, we finally completed a project that has been critical for the Centre — installing an uninterrupted power supply that keeps the bedrooms and shelter heated even during extended blackouts.

It means more than just a technical solution. It means warmth, calm, and a sense of safety for children at the moments when outside there may be alarms, frost, and uncertainty.

This became possible thanks to the generous support of our friends. Oleksiy provided ceramic heaters for the rooms, and Sofia supplied the generator for backup power.

Because of you, children have warmth — and the feeling that someone is looking after them. We are deeply grateful for this vital help, which works every day to ensure their safety, stability, and a normal childhood — even in wartime.
