A trip to the zoo
The Frankfurt Zoo (Zoologischer Garten) was founded back in the 1850s on the initiative of the citizens themselves. Today it covers an area of more than 13 hectares in the center of Frankfurt and is one of the largest zoos not only in Germany but also in Europe.
There are now more than 4,500 members of the fauna world, belonging to more than 400 species, living on the grounds of Frankfurt Zoo. The zoo workers try to reproduce the climate and living conditions of the animals as much as possible, so crocodiles, rhinoceroses, and bats are also comfortable there. We enjoyed a beautiful walk in this very nice and interesting place
