We are looking for a deputy director, a social pedagogue (two positions in one).

Responsibilities:

– Methodological organization and instrumental content of the child rehabilitation process;

– Holding meetings and coordinating the work of social and pedagogical specialists;

– Reception of children, management of their personal files.

– Communication and correspondence with government agencies and parents;

– Social consultations with biological parents and candidates for foster parents.

– Management of employees’ work schedules.

Requirements:

Higher education, diplomacy skills, in-depth knowledge of psychology (trauma-focused and resource-based topics), pedagogy and law, ability to manage a team of specialists, initiative, love for children and acceptance of their individual characteristics, desire to protect children’s rights, motivation to learn new rehabilitation tools.
