Learning any language is more effective in an environment where that language is used by native speakers. In Kiev, children learned English, but now there is a need to learn the language of the country, which has become our home, albeit temporary. This includes communicating with locals, guests and benefactors, teaching at school and visiting doctors.
The children have already started with the teachers and are very interested in learning the language. Everything is in a playful, fun way and the children enjoy it very much.
Today children together with the teacher made a cake and learned German words. It turned out to be a delicious and useful meeting where everyone was able to participate in the process and practice their pronunciation.
We are so thankful to Germany for the wonderful people we meet along the way!
