At the Helping Centre, adults are setting a good example of family life. Our children set the table on their own before dinner, make beds on their own, collect things for washing and help to clean up at the Centre, learn how to cook. It’s very important for us that they do not live in conditions like in state boarding schools, when even food is served to children through the window. They are not only wards, but also residents of a large house. Therefore, we do everything together.
It is important for us that after getting into a new family, the adaptation period should pass easier and everyday issues shouldn’t be in the first place.
Therefore, when it comes to sorting garbage, cleaning the yard, helping with any assignment from our Sergey Anatolyevich, the kids are already there. They want to help by their own and do everything together with the educators.
