Another warm day at the Children’s Aid Center! A new social and entertainment event took place thanks to the care of the Obolon District Organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine in Kyiv and personally Ms. Alla. Our little Solomiika recently had a very special day — she went to celebrate her younger brother’s birthday. He currently lives in another child support center due to his very young age, but that didn’t stop his sister from coming with an armful of hugs, small gifts, and the warmest wishes. It’s hard to find the right words to describe who this girl was (and always will be) to us. Emily is a whole world — intelligent, incredibly charismatic, emotionally deep, and open to everything new.
