Our tradition of celebrating the kids monthly for their successes, called the Achievement Board, has changed a bit. Yes, we are not at home, but there are anchors to constantly remind us of stable and familiar things. That's exactly what our Achievement Board has been for years. Last December our Valeria had surgery on her leg. The girl had a congenital defect and no one in her life took care of her. When she came to our Center, we did everything we could to help her. The operation went perfectly. After a month of rehabilitation Lera started to work with a physical therapist. The war had made some adjustments in the system of work, but now in Germany we got the schedule back.
