Our constant tradition is the Achievements’ Board. This is the day when we point out kids who have received a lot of success in their studies, communication, and chores in a month. It is important for us that they feel our support and that adults notice everything.
In December, kids were noted:
From the first group – Ulyanochka, who greatly improved her studies at school, began to use constantly words of gratitude, seek help from teachers, take care of personal things and toys.
From the second group – Margarita – learned to dress beautifully, became neat, looks after her appearance, offers her help to everyone.
From the third group – Vlad – began to very resolve conflict situations correctly and seek help in time, began to show his help more often and simply worried about others.
But the reward is received not only by children, but also by adults (munchkins themselves decide who it will be). This month, this is our Marina, she cares about the children of the 3rd group, helps and supports them, diligently fulfills the instructions of the day educator. Kids love her very much.
