Professional humanity

The teacher at our Centre is not just a tutor or nanny. This is a close person who must become a whole new Universe for the child and replace the family in which he has been abused and neglected. But when you move from your dangerous family for an indefinite period, literally EVERYTHING is lost, both good and bad. For whatever it’s worth. But it hurts a lot.

70% of the success of the child’s rehabilitation who finds out to be in the difficult life circumstances depends on that safest adult who was destined to settle in the child’s mind and penetrate into the most intimate stuff that is stored under the blanket of fear and fading. This period may take an indefinite duration. After all, there are lawsuits, bureaucratic obstacles, collection and search of all lost documents.

That’s why, on the one hand, an educator is about professionalism, and on the other hand, it is a mission to be in the child’s life and go through the difficult path of accepting his fate with him.

Yes, working as an educator in a rehabilitation centre is always a challenge. Be frank, warm, understandable, patient for someone else’s child. This is a huge calling and at the same time – a challenge to yourself. We even came up with the name “PROFESSIONAL HUMANITY” for this phenomenon.

And that these are not just people, they are HEROES OF OUR TIME. They quietly go through dozens of stories of bullying, rape, pain and humiliation with their kids. They make a conscious choice to be in this place and help children to get through all the bad things and trust adults again. There can be no random people in such a place.

And we are happy that our team has people who have passed all tests for humanity and make children happier every day.
