And only getting to the weekend on nature, we remember about it and can not breathe in pure, natural oxygen! Meanwhile, fresh air is needed for every person almost from the very birth. Remember the young mothers who walk around the park with their children every day. The duration of their walks takes about 2-3 hours. It’s so much time to be on the street, both adults and children.
Fresh air is useful because it favorably affects the body in the complex – improving the performance of several systems at once. First of all, it comes to the aid of the brain, the psyche and the nervous system – strengthening memory, eliminating inattention and negative feelings. Acquisition of the necessary amount of oxygen in the body also positively affects the activity of the heart, lungs, gastrointestinal tract and blood vessels. The most accessible, effective and convenient way to saturate the body with oxygen is daily walks. It is best to implement them in places of green plantations, for example in a forest or in a park – which will restore vital forces, the necessary level of energy and vigor in the shortest period of time.
