At the Children’s Aid Center, children not only play, learn and make friends, but also learn about the real wonders of nature! Recently, our children and their teachers planted tomatoes in small cups – the first step to a big harvest.
Each seed buried in the ground is not just a plant, but a real lesson in care, responsibility and patience. The children will learn how to take care of the seedlings, watch them grow, and by summer they will transplant the strong sprouts to an improvised garden in the Center’s yard.
The educators did not just organize this process – they gave the children the opportunity to feel like creators, to understand that even small efforts yield big results. This is about the love, care and self-belief they put into each child.
