Useful Walking

In autumn and winter people get into bad mood, which can slowly grow into depression. If you don’t want it , the scientists advice you to walk outside as often as possible. According to the Standford University investigations, 90-minute walking reduces an activity of some concrete part of the brain, which is active, when a human feels some negative emotions or depression.

Open-air walking  are necessary in our daily routine ❤. That’s why our is so wonderful!
