Educator

Schedule: (5 working days\8 hours)

Professional requirements: higher pedagogical education. Understanding of the age-related psychological characteristics of children, work with psychological trauma, knowledge of pedagogical methods, knowledge of the school program.

Personal requirements: willingness to work overtime, initiative, stress resistance, reflexivity, ability to work in a team, quick adaptation to change.

Work experience in educational or rehabilitation institutions is required.

Responsibilities: implementation of the social and psychological rehabilitation process (continuation of the psychologist’s work, understanding the needs of the child, understanding the peculiarities of the child’s experience of trauma, correction of behavioral manifestations), correction of pedagogical neglect, preparation of the child for school, pedagogical support, organization of children’s leisure, development of self-care skills, assistance to the child in adapting to new living conditions, creation of conditions for the child’s personal development.

Daily caregiver

Work schedule: 1 by 2.

Professional requirements: higher pedagogical, psychological or medical education (possibly incomplete). Understanding of the age-related psychological characteristics of children, knowledge of pedagogical methods.

Personal requirements: ability to work in a team, quick adaptation to changes, initiative, stress resistance, willingness to work overtime.

Work experience in educational, health or rehabilitation institutions is desirable.

Responsibilities: implementation of the social and psychological rehabilitation process (continuation of the work of the educator and psychologist, understanding the needs of the child, correction of behavioral manifestations, understanding the peculiarities of the child’s experience of trauma), observance of the daily routine, organization of children’s leisure, development of self-service skills, assistance to the child in adapting to new living conditions, creation of conditions for the child’s personal development.
