Walking in the forest

Walking in the fresh air improves sleep and increases physical activity. Being outdoors is especially beneficial for young children, as sunlight saturates the body with ultraviolet radiation, which is responsible for the production of vitamin D in the body. This is the best way to prevent diseases in children.

We observe that living near the forest has helped children develop the habit of spending all their free time actively playing among the trees and nature.

Our educators also enjoy such walks.
