Walks in the fresh air
Kids often enter into the friendly relations with other children, actively participating in various occupations and games in the fresh air. Physical activity on the street inspires the kid to think out own games and to have feeling of freedom. The lack of activity in the fresh air can lead to the fact that the child will suffer from many problems with health, including a depression, obesity and heart troubles at adult age. All children, since two-year age, have to be engaged in the fresh air every day at least 60 minutes in the pleasant, moderate physical activity corresponding to their age – according to the American association of heart. Every day we walk our kids, we play in the fresh air!
