Absolutely all people can be divided into those who do exercises in the morning and those who do not. Those who do not exercise, find a lot of reasons and excuses, often referring to the lack of time and the need to urgently get ready for work. Others argue that charging helps them wake up and get a boost of energy for the next day.
For morning exercises, it’s enough 15 minutes, during this time you need to perform simple exercises – bend, jump, pull yourself up, do swings with your hands and feet, squat, etc. It is not necessary to perform complex exercises in the morning, with a heavy load. This will benefit the body and allow you to go to work with a good mood.
In the camp they are very accustomed to discipline and after returning home to the Center the children were told that they would do exercises every morning!
